Summer Room Wanted - Please Help! (Rehoboth / Dewey Beach)

I am a 22 year old working full-time in Dewey Beach this summer mid-May through mid-September. I rely on a bike, so it should be within a mile or two of downtown. Otherwise, nothing special needed - just a bed and some shared living space. I work nights and won't be around much. No drugs/smoke and not a partier. Pets and roommates are okay. I prefer a private room, if possible. Please let me know!
