Looking for Beach Rental in August 2008! (Bethany or Rehoboth Beach)

I am looking for a small, clean rental in the Rehoboth, Dewey, or Bethany Beach area within a SHORT walking distance to the beach & downtown area. A pool would be a big bonus! This is for a couple and 3 kids (ages 8 and 2) (no pets), wishing for an economical vacation. We most likely would not be able to afford the rental for an entire week, but would like to rent for nights of August 10-12.
